He was born in 1970 in Fethiye.
In Fethiye,After completing high school at İzmir Vocational School of Health;1989-1991 in Hakkari State Hospital,
He worked in Fethiye State Hospital between 1991-1993.
Completed the Izmir 70th Year Health Education Institute in 1996,started working in Fethiye State Hospital again.
In 1998, Özcan Sabancı completed her undergraduate education in the Faculty of Health Education.
He worked as an assistant manager in Fethiye State Hospital between 1997-2012.
He worked as a researcher in the Fethiye District Health Directorate between the dates of 2 November 2012-2016.
In 2013, he completed his MBA in Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University.
Since 2016 he has been working as the Administrative and Financial Affairs Manager at the Fethiye Oral and Dental Health Center.
He is married and has two children.
